أجريت هذه الدراسة في مختبر أمراض النبات — مركز أبحاث النخيل- جامعة البصرة لتقييم فاعلية ستخلص نبات الأراك .Salvadora sp و الحرمل Peganum harmala بتأثيرها في النمو الشعاعي للفطر Mauginiella scaettae المسبب لمرض خياس طلع النخيل. لقد أظهرت النتائج إن المستخلصات المائي و الكحولي و الهكساني لتبات الأراك لم تظهر أية فاعلية ضد الفطر scaettae .M، إذ بلغ معدل نسبة التثبيط للنمو ألشعاعي (0.69 و 0.86 و صفر) % على التوالي، في حين اظهر المستخلصان المائي و الكحولي لنبات الحرمل فاعلية تثبيطية ضد الفطر M.
scaettae إذ بلغ معدل شبة التثبيط للنمو ألشعاعي (24.07 و 24.30) % على التوالي.
Abstract EN
A study was conducted at Plant Pathology Lab., Date Palm Research center, Univ.
of Basrah to evaluate the activity of arak Salvadora sp.
and harmal Peganum harmala plant extracts in their effect on the radial growth of M.
scaettae which caused inflorencet rot of date palm.
The results showed that water, alcoholic and hexane extracts of arak plant have no any antifungal activity against M.
scaettae, the inhibition percentage of radial growth was (0.69, 0.86 and 0) % respectively.
The water and alcoholic plant extracts of harmal caused inhibition to the radial growth of the same fungus (24.07 and 24.3 %) respectively.
