تم توضيح طريقة طيفية جديدة و بسيطة و حساسة لتقدير التيكوبلانين بوصفه مادة نقية و في مستحضره الصيدلاني (الحقنة)، و تعتمد الطريقة على تفاعل الاقتران الأزوي بين التيكوبلانين و الكاشف المؤزوت بارا - نايترو أنيلين و في الوسط القاعدي إذ أن صبغة الأزو المتكونة تعطي أعلى امتصاص عند الطول الموجي 490 نانومتر، و تتبع قانون بير في مدى التركيز بين 2 و 80 ميكروغرام / مللتر و امتصاص مولاري 2.8 x 104 لتر مول -1 سم -1، و بانحراف قياسي نسبي لا يزيد عن 2.7 % علما أن الصبغة المتكونة مستقرة لفترة 60 دقيقة، و طبقت الطريقة بنجاح على المستحضر الصيدلاني (الحقنة).
Abstract EN
A new, simple and sensitive spectrophotometric method was described for the determination of teicoplanin as a pure material and in pharmaceutical formulation.
The method is based on the coupling of teicoplanin with diazotized p-nitroaniline in alkaline medium.
The dye shows an absorption maximum at 490 nm and obeys Beer's law over a range of 2 to 80 μg.ml.-1 of teicoplanin.
The molar absorptivity of the coloured azo dye is 208 x 104l.
mol-1cm-1.
The relative standard deviation does not exceed 2.7 % (n = 5).
The azo dye formed is stable for 60 minutes.
The method was applied successfully to the assay of teicoplanin in pharmaceutical preparation (injection).
