تم في هذا العمل فحص 60 عينة مصل لمرضى يعانون من الاسهال و مصابين بــ Entamoeba histolytica لغرض تحديد تركيز IL-4 باستخدام فحص الامتصاصية المناعية المرتبطة بالانزيم كذلك IgM , IgA , IgG c4,c3 باستخدام طريقة الانتشار المناعي القطري البسيط.
اوضحت الدراسة الحالية بان هناك زيادة في تركيز المدمور الخلوي المدروس (IL-4) في مصل المرضى (29-12) بيكوغرام/مل بالمقارنة مع مجموعة السيطرة و بفروقات معنوية عالية (0.01 < p) اضافة لذلك اظهرت النتائج الحالية بان معدل تركيز IgA , IgG في المرضى المصابين بداء الاميبات المعوي اكبر من تركيزه في مجموعة السيطرة و بفارق (p < 0.05) بينما لم تظهر فروقات معنوية في بعض المرضى اكثر في تركيز IgM بين مجموعتين الدراسة بالرغم من ان هناك زيادة في تركيزه في بعض المرضى اكثر من القيم الطبيعية.
أوضحت نتائجنا فروقات معنوية (p < 0.05) في تركيز c3 بين المجموعتين المدروستين بينما سجلت فروقات معنوية عالية في تركيز c4 بين المرضى و مجموعة السيطرة
Abstract EN
In this work ( 60 ) serum samples of patients suffered from diarrhea and infected with Entamoeba histolytica were examined to evaluate the IL – 4 concentration by ELISA method and the concentration of IgG, IgA, IgM , C3 and C4 by single radial immunodiffusion .
Recent study revealed that there was an increasing in concentration of the studied cytokine ( IL-4 ) in patients serum ( 29.
