مائة و ستة كتكوت من نوع اليوفلن عمر واحد و عشـرون يومـا تمـت إصـابتها بعـدوى tetragona.R.
تمت معالجة خمس مجموعات بواسطة مشتقات السلفوناميد لشـكل اللاكتـام المفتـوح لعقـار البرازيكوأنتيل بجرعة فموية عشرون ملجم لكل كجم من وزن الجسم في اليوم 21 و اليوم 24 بعد العـدوى.
المركبات المعطاءة أوضحت فعالية 70، 14، 30، 44، 26 % بعد إعطاء الجرعة الأولى و فعاليـة 70، 46، 86، 40، 40 % بعد الجرعة الثانية في المجموعات رقم 8، 7، 6، 4، 5 على الترتيب.
تـم تحديـد و رصـد التغيرات الهيستوباثولوجية و البيوكيميائية، لم تظهر أي علامات سمية في المجموعـات المعالجـة بواسـطة مختلف المركبات.
Abstract EN
One hundred and sixty, 21 days old male Bovans type chicks in eight groups were infected with R.
tetragona cysticercoids.
Five groups were treated with the Nsulphanilamido / COO-alkyl derivatives of the open lactam form of praziquantel (OLFPZQ) in oral dose of 20 mg / kg body weight on day 21 and on day 24 post infection.
In groups 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, the tested compounds showed efficacy of 26, 44, 30, 14 and 70 % after the first dose and of 46, 70, 40, 40 and 86 % after the second dose respectively.
Histopathological, haematological, and biochemical alterations were evalu-ated.
Neither morbidity nor mortality was observed in the birds treated with the different compounds.
