The study handles Semantics,idiom, Inflection morphological problems, grammitcal items.
The inter relationships among word, word order.
Modofication Number, language Skill, psychological barriers,flashback ,peoples view points toward English speakers, relation betwean the realation and the student, and this research aims to finding the most critical problems of learining English are facing secondary school in Khartoum, The Methodology of this study are discriptive Method, analytic deductive, and the results were follows, there is ageneral weakness in English language used in schools, there is wide gap btween teacher and student, and meakness in social relationship* Thus apsycKogical factor, weakness in Semantic undr standing, and Beco.nmend The examinations sytems which shuld be changed in order to Include all Skills not only as we to examin which depend on Writting Skill only, there must be enough languae laboratries which help in language learing, and Teeacher should be traind well in colleges of Education teacher.
