لقد اتبع برنامج التأهيل للحركة بعد الجراحة الميكروسكوبية لاستصلاح الرباط الصليبي الأمامي بطريقة الرقعة الشخصية من رباط الردفة في عشرين من المرضى لمدة سنة.
و قد استكمل 50 % من المرضى البرنامج، و كان هذا البرنامج برنامجا خاصا، و قد أثبتت النتيجة أن جميع المرضى يعانون من الآلام في خلال فترة أو أخرى من العلاج، كما وجد أن محور الحركة كان طبيعيا في كل المرضى و قد كانت كفاءة العضلة الرباعية و العضلة الخلفية للفخذ 77 % و 78 % على التوالي.
و قد كانت هذه النتائج مرضية، و قد أوصى البحث بتوعية كلا من المرضى و الأطباء بأهمية برنامج التأهيل في هؤلاء المرضى و كذلك طول الزمن الذي يستغرقه البرنامج التأهيلي.
Abstract EN
Rehabilitation program for knees arthroscopic ACL reconstruction by middle patellar tendon autograft was performed and assessed in 20 patients up to one year.
Fifty Percent of the patients were able to continue the program.
A specific rehabilitation program was followed.
The result showed that all the patients experienced pain at different stages of rehabilitation.
The range of movement returned normal.
The efficiency was 77 % of the hamstring muscles after one year and was 78 % for the hamestering.
The results were satisfactory and awareness of the patients and the doctors for the importance and long time of the program is recommended.
