تـم تحضـیر مشـتقات جدیـدة للأحماض الأمینیـة مـن تفاعـل أسترات الأحمـاض الأمینیـة (كلایسـین – تایروسـین – سایسـتین) مـع 2- ثایواوكوفثالویـل للأحمـاض الأمینیـة (لیوسـین و فـالین و كلایسین و الانین) .و تم اختبار نواتج التفاعل ضد سـتة أنـواع مـن البكتریـا و قـد أظهـر المركبـات N- فالیـل - 3- فثالیمیـدین اثیــل سايستنين و N- فاليـل -3- فثالیمیــدین اثیــل تایروسـینیو فعالیــة ضــد بكتریا بسیدوموناس اراجینوسا، و قد شخصت المركبات الناتجـة بالتحلیـل الـدقیق للعناصـر و طیـف الأشعة تحت الحمراء و درجات الانصهار .
Abstract EN
Some new amino acid derivatives were prepared from the reaction of amino acids esters (glycine, tyrosine and cystine) with 2-thioxo phthaloyl of the following amino acids (leucine, valine, glycine and alanine), The reaction products were tested against six types of bacteria.
The results indicated that N-valyl-3- phthalimidine ethyl tyrosinate and N-anyl-3- phthalimidine ethyl cystinate showed remarkable activity against Pseudomonas araginosa.
The synthesized compounds were characterized by using elemental analysis.
