This study aimed to find out the effectiveness of the strategy fish bone in improving the level of academic achievement for students in the sixth grade The study sample was selected from (139) students, Distribution on four groups , two experimental groups (male, female) and two groups control (male, female).

Been applied in science education program using the strategy of fish bone constructed by the researcher.

Achievement test has been used to collect data (Before me, after me), and feedback specialists in science.

Reliability was calculated using equation (K-R20), and the value of reliability (0.78).

The results showed The presence of statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the students in the process of achievement test as a result of the impact of the teaching method, and for the benefit of students who studied using the strategy of fish bone, and the lack of statistically significant differences between the scores of students in achievement test posttest due to gender, and the presence of statistically significant differences between students' grades in achievement test results from the interaction between the way sex, and in favor of females.
