وجد بأن ليزر شبه الموصل InGaAs/InAs نوع النقطة الكمية يبدي تراوحات فوضوية في مدى الخرج المستمر في شدة الضوء و التي تضمحل إلى الصفر بالاعتماد على كل من التحصيل و كثافة تيار الحقن و عامل الانبعاث التلقائي.
هذا التأثير ظهر أيضا في التصرف الزمني لاحتمالية إشغال الإلكترونات في النقاط الكمية.
Abstract EN
Quantum dot semiconductor InAs/InGaAs laser under the effect of noise are found to exhibit chaotic oscillation in the steady state regime of the light intensity together with decay to zero intensity proportional to the gain of the laser medium, injection current density and spontaneous emission factor.
Such effect appears in the temporal variation of electrons occupation probability in the quantum dots too.
