المكانة الاجتماعية للمعلم من المؤشرات التي تعكس أهمية التعليم في كل الثقافات عبر العصور.
و قد صممت هذه الدراسة للكشف عن مكانة المعلم في المجتمع الكويتي للوقوف على مدى الرعاية و الاهتمام الذي يحظى به المعلم الذي يعتبر أساس نهضة المجتمع لما يحمله من رسالة يتم من خلالها نقل المعارف و بناء الحضارة و تشكيل القيم و الاتجاهات و توجيه الطلاب و إرشادهم.
Abstract EN
The Social status of teacher is among the important indicators which reflect the importance of education in all cultures through the ages.
The present study was designed to identify the status of the teacher in the state of Kuwait and to investigate to what extent teachers enjoy a privileged social status ,since the teacher is the basis of the development of society , through the process of transferring knowledge and contributing to the building of civilization and imparting the values of the society
