This article presents a work of optimization of a schematic network of urban transportation.
The study is based on some data on the bus lines of the region of Rabat Sale Zemmour Zaer and on a survey about the urban transportation of the area.
We started with delimiting the region of study, and then we determined a design of the network of the studied area.
Then, study the demand of trips between each origin and destination and we estimated the related matrix for the urban public system of transportation of the region.
Finally, we used an algorithm of research of the shortest path and an algorithm of Tabu Search to design an optimal network of bus itineraries.

Cet article presente un travail d 'optimisation d 'un reseau schematique de transport urbain.
L 'etude se base sur un certain nombre de donnees sur le les lignes d 'autobus et sur une enquete du transport urbain de la region de Rabat Sale Zemmour Zaer.
Nous avons commence par delimiter la region d'etude, puis nous avons determine un schema du reseau des autobus de la region.
Ensuite, nous avons etudie la demande des deplacements par autobus, et nous avons estime la matrice origine destination pour ce mode de transport urbain en commun.
Finalement, nous avons utilise un algorithme de recherche du plus court chemin et un algorithme de recherche taboue pour le design d'un reseau optimal d'itineraires d'autobus pour la region d 'etude.
