English Abstract
-This study aimed to investigate The Effect of Total Quality Management In Achieving the Competitive Advantages in the Housing Bank For Trade & Finance from employees' perspective in the branches of the bank in southern region of Jordan , The descriptive analytical approach was used in this study.
The study included all employees in these branches, and the sample representative of all the study population (167) employee.
To achieve the objectives of the study , a questionnaire was developed for the purpose of data collection , the SPSS Package / Version (16) was used to analyze the data. The most important findings of this study were ,the perceptions of respondents toward Quality Management and Competitive Advantages in Housing Bank For Trade & Finance were at high level , there also is an Effect of Total Quality Management on Achieving the Competitive Advantages in Housing Bank For Trade & Finance.
The study concluded with a number of recommendation ,among which , Promoting the application of the principles of total quality management, increasing the awareness of employees to this philosophy through the development of long-term strategic plans to keep pace with changes in the business environment, designing training programs can empower employees, promoting the principle of teamwork, paying attention to continuous improvement through attracting talents and motivating and supporting development activities , working on follow-up research and development activities in the field of reducing the cost of services, and linking incentives with performance.
