أجريت هذه الدراسة للكشف عن أصناف البكتريا المرضية الملوثة للحم في محلات القصابة و مطاعم الكباب في مدينة الكوت.
جمعت 10 عينات من 10 محلات قصابة و 10 مطاعم.
وضعت هذه العينات في المحلول الملحي الفسلجي المعقم لغرض استخدامها في العزل و تشخيص البكتريا المرضية.
و قد أظهرت النتائج التي تم الحصول عليها من خصائص الوسط الزرعي و الاختبارات الكيموحيوية بأن البكتيريا المعزولة تعود إلى صنفين و هما : الاشريشيا القولوني بنسبة (40 %) و المكورات العنقودية الذهبية بنسبة (29 %) في محلات القصابة أما في مطاعم الكباب فقد ظهرت الاشريشيا القولونية بنسبة (19 %) و المكورات العنقودية الذهبية بنسبة (28 %) و الكلبسيلة بنسبة (9 %).
أما نتائج فحص الحساسية للمضادات الحيوية فقد أظهرت أن جميع البكتريا المعزولة هي مقاومة لأغلب المضادات الحيوية و لكن بنسب مختلفة.
Abstract EN
This study was conductedfor detectionof pathogenicbacterial species that contaminate meat in the butchers shops and kebab restaurants inAl-Kut city.
Ten samples from 10 butcher shops and 10 restaurantswere collected.These samples were suspended in sterile normal saline in order to using for isolation and identification of pathogenic bacteria.
The cultural properties and biochemical tests results revealed the bacterial isolates return to two+ bacterial species: Escherichia coli (40 %) and Staphylococcus aureus (29 %) in butchers shops, in front of E.coli (19 %), S.aureus (28 %) and Klebsiella sp.
(9 %) in restaurants.
The antibiotics susceptibility pattern results showed all of these isolates were resist to most traditional antibiotics but in different ratios.
