English Abstract

Adulteration of meat specis is a world wide problem hence requirement for sensitive and accurate methodology for species identification is essential .

Indirect ELISA test and PCR assay were applied on a total of 111 meat and meat product samples ( raw and heated ) were examined for meat species identification
