English Abstract

A total of 50 fish products (10 each of smoked herring fesikh moloha frozen fish fillet and frozen fish fingers) randomly collected from Cairo and Giza markets and supermarkets .

The collected samples were subjected to biogenic amines examination (histamine cadaverine and putrescine) by HPLC and their relation to microbial load (Aerobic plate count enterobacteriaceae count coliform count fecal coliform count pseudomonas count and psychrophillic count)
