English Abstract
One hundred and fifty samples of UHT milk , yogurt , soft , hard and processed cheese (thirty samples of each) were analyzed to investigate the presence of some hazards .
The samples were subject to organolyptic , chemical and microbiological examinations .
Organolyptic examination revealed that the majority of yogurt samples were judged as good in the contrary , the majority of soft , hard , processed cheese and UHT milk samples were judged as fair
