English Abstract

Twenty five frozen mechanically recovered poultry meat ( MRPM ) samples were examined to determine their quality .

MRPM samples had high moisture , fat , ash contents pH values , thiobarbituric acid reactive substances and a very low protein .

MRPM were heavily contaminated with microorganisms including Salmonella and E.

coli
