English Abstract

One hundred and fifty random ici cream samples produced by small scale manufactures ( thirty each of Vanilla, Nuts, Chocolate, Mango and Strawberry ) were collected from street vendors .

Sixty random samples of ice cream produced by large scale producers ( fifteen each of Vanilla, Chocolate, Mango and Strawberry ) from different Brands were collected from supermarkets in Cairo and Giza Governorates
