English Abstract
The development of the Moroccan electronic commerce knew a significant growth during the last years.
Researchers have classified the Concerns for Information Privacy as an obstacle to the growth and diffusion of e-commerce.
The goal of this study is to demonstrate the impact of the concerns For Information Privacy on the willingness of Moroccan customers to engage in e-commerce transactions.
In order to examine this relationship, a survey was conducted over a sample composed of university students.
The results of this study demonstrated the indirect impact of the Concerns for Information Privacy on the willingness of Moroccan customers through their risk perceptions and trust on the online vendors.
The implications of the study results for customers and web merchants are discussed.
