Change and leadership are among the greatest challenges facing organizations at the present time, because the future depends on our ability to lead change.

Change means a transition from ancient to modern and from usual to unusual or new.

In this respect all what surrounds foundations is in a constant and quick change, it is then important to adapt oneself to such change being internal or external.

A reality is that from time to time some companies appear and disappear but only the ones willing to change will endure and in most of the time prove their leadership in their field of speciality.
