There is weakness in teacher preparation programs of e-learning and that there is an urgent need to put up depicting the proposal, therefore, was the main question is how to develop a vision for teacher preparation e-learning in Saudi Arabia?, And the main objective was to identify the requirements of the transition from traditional learning to e-learning across the network Internet, and to identify the roles that will be conducted by a teacher e-learning, and M and then bring the perception of a proposal for teacher preparation e-learning in Saudi Arabia, and the current study, the descriptive analytical method, and study to visualize systemic integrated this work, also reached a series of steps must be taken in mind in order to be applied in the e-learning environment exercise teacher e-learning.
