تعتبر متلازمة جوبيرت من أحد الأمراض الوراثية النادرة التي تورث عن طريق الجين الصبغي الجسدي المتنحي.
تتسم هذه اللازمة بالعديد من الأعراض السريرية و الصفات الدماغية المتميزة و التي تظهر في التصوير بالرنين المغناطيسي.
يعاني هؤلاء المرضى من تسارع في التنفس، حركات غير منتظمة للعين، توقف مؤقت بالتنفس، تأخر في النمو و اضطرابات في التوازن و المشي.
نستعرض في هذه الورقة العلمية حالة مريض يعاني من متلازمة جوبيرت و فشل كلوي مزمن.
أظهر التصوير بالرنين المغناطيسي للدماغ الصفات الفريدة للمتلازمة و هي فشل تكون الدودة المخيخية لتعطي جذع المخ شكل "الضرس"، البطين الرابع شكل "جناح الخفاش" و زيادة في عمق الحفرة بين السويقتين.
و لتشخيص هذه المتلازمة يستلزم وجود الدلائل التصويرية بالإضافة إلى الأعراض السريرية.
Abstract EN
Joubert syndrome is a rare disorder inherited as an autosomal recessive trait.
It has distinctive clinical features and specifi c brain imaging fi ndings on magnetic resonance imaging.
Patients present clinically with hyperpnea, apnea, ocular abnormalities, developmental delay and truncal ataxia.
In this case report, we illustrate a patient with Joubert syndrome and chronic renal failure.
Magmetic resonance imaging examination revealed the characteristic "molar tooth" appearance of the brain stem, "bat-wing" shaped 4th ventricle, cleft vermis and deep interpeduncular fossa consistent with the diagnosis.
