The current study aimed to identify the impact of educational management information systems, represented in Noor System for educational management and its impact on the effectiveness of administrative performance in government secondary schools of General Directorate of Education in Jeddah governorate by identifying the four main pillars of the study which are , finding the quality extent of Noor's educational management system and applications in school management in secondary schools , finding the quality extent of data and services offered by Noor's educational management system in secondary schools , or discovering the extent of use for Noor's educational management system inside school's management work ,and discovering the extent of headmasters' satisfaction of the results of using Noor's educational management system in school management work.
In this study, the researchers used the descriptive survey methodology and the sample consisted of (51) secondary school headmasters under the supervision of Jeddah's Education Directorate which is considered 35% of the entire education community.
The researchers also used questionnaires as a tool to collect data which were statistically processed using the SPSS program in addition to personal interviews with study sample.
The study concluded to a group of results which were: that the impact of Noor’s educational management system for educational management’s use on the effectiveness of management performance in secondary schools in Jeddah's was generally divergent and has a medium degree of acceptance where all statements included in the study’s four pillars didn't achieved an extremely high degree of acceptance, as well as the presence of awareness and realization among study participants that using the Noor system has facilitated management work in schools in addition to their trust in the safety and confidentiality of the system data which scored a high degree of acceptance.
According to these results, the researchers recommended the necessity of providing and publishing a reliable and certified printed guide for Noor's educational management system, as well as enhancing and developing the system's infrastructure including devices, communications and networks within the system in order keep up with the changes and developments in addition to work on activating all services available within the system which has not been activated yet.
Finally taking advantage of technical abilities of the education staff in developing the system and encouraging them to be creative and innovative.
