Abstract EN

The study aims to clarify the private school head teachers' role in promoting culture of achievement with their teachers.

It aims to develop an educational environment including administrative and new technical arrangements by the head teachers The study concentrates on “Dar Alarqam” schools as a case study.

It follows the descriptive analytic method, and to accomplish the study objectives the two researchers designed a questionnaire as a tool.

The study includes five important dimensions that play an important role in promoting the culture of achievement in addition to a workshop for a group of supervisors, at “Dar Alarqam Schools” head teachers, board of directors and trustees.

Findings of the study revealed that: The culture of achievement publicity comes positively first in percentage of 78.84% while teacher training of achievement comes last with a percentage of 72.19%.

The study recommends enhancing team work in educational institutions and adopting procedures of broader participation for teachers in forming schools vision and mission and publishing distinguished works on schools web page.
