English Abstract

Cloud computing offers information and communication technology (ICT) as a service through its three service models: Infrastructure as a service (Iaas) (equipment, operating systems and networks), platforms as service (Paas) (such as development software tools from database management systems, programming languages and other utilities needed for applications development process) and software as a service (Saas).

All three services with through deployment models with appropriate requirements of beneficiaries, cloud computing model provide a wide range of resources through internet, Its believes that cloud computing model would be the economical and practical form that provides the computation as a service by affordable cost appropriate with the volume and type of usage under what is called service level agreement (SLA) via cloud computing providers.

This work suggests using adaptation learning model in e-learning based on cloud computation environment allows access to the curriculum and courses across a network such as different types of computers and other Mobile Smart devices allow that follow-up e- learning model with high flexibility, exceeding the is concerns and limitation of the traditional model of learning in terms of place and time in terms of geographical location and dates of follow-up learning so that it can adapt with the learner concertinas, and circumstances.

The research demonstrate the potential possibilities that educational institutions and other educational parties of the process (students and teachers) utilize through cloud computing providers to enhance the value of learning outcomes as well as demonstrate the opportunity offered by the model to overcome some of the problems of education.

Students can continue their education from anywhere in the world, teachers can access their students easily, and technology can help change the education method in a positive manner.

One Course curriculum was chosen to be developed to fit with the cloud computing model, using the “Easyclass” application that allows teachers to build digital classroom and to store classroom materials to sites offered online by cloud computing service providers, management of the classroom, discussions, give to assignees, conduct competitions and online examinations with monitoring and managing the schedules of activities associated with each course and giving results with guidance and feedback effectively and efficiently.

The proposed model provides for teachers and students the possibility to communicate, interact and participate.

All of this is dones a secure manner and provide an unlimited time for the learning process, and the utilizing the resources economically, and facilitate the opportunity to communicate with peers, teachers and students exchange ideas in real time and cooperatively and positively in various conditions that might have an effect on the possibility of continued learning process.
