استخدم مسحوق أوراق الكافور و مسحوق لب بذرة النيم و مسحوق الحزا بتركيز 2,5 %، 5 % و 10 % لدراسة حماية الفول المصري من خنفساء الفول الصغرى Bruchidius incarnates في مخزن تقليدي بدارمالي ولاية نهر النيل السودان.
لقد تم الاستعانة بإصابة اصطناعية بهذه الحشرة بوضع 300 حشرة أسبوعيا لمدة شهر في منتصف المخزن.
متوسط عدد البيض الذي وضع على الفول المصري و الحشرات البالغة الخارجة منه و النسبة المئوية لإصابته تنقص مع ازدياد تركيز الأجزاء النباتية المضافة و تزداد مع مرور الزمن.
ففي تركيز 2,5 % (وزن / وزن) لمسحوق أوراق الكافور كان متوسط عدد البيض 53 و 61,7 في شهري سبتمبر و ديسمبر على التوالي.
و في تركيز 2,5 % لمسحوق الأجزاء الهوائية للحزا فإن متوسطه كان 70,3 و 817,3 في شهري سبتمبر و ديسمبر على التوالي.
و في تركيز 2,5 % لبذرة بذرة النيم فإن متوسطة كان صفرا و 36,7 في شهري سبتمبر و ديسمبر على التوالي.
هذا التدرج حدث في التركيزين 5 % و 10 % من سبتمبر و حتى ديسمبر.
متوسط عدد الحشرات البالغة الخارجة من الحبوب المصابة في تركيز 2,5 % لمسحوق أوراق الكافور كان 8,7 و 207 في شهري سبتمبر و ديسمبر على التوالي.
و في تركيز 2,5 % لمسحوق الأجزاء الهوائية للحزا فإن متوسطها كان 11,7 و 343 في شهري سبتمبر و ديسمبر على التوالي.
و في تركيز 2,5 % لبذرة بذرة النيم فإن متوسطها كان صفرا و 3 في شهري سبتمبر و ديسمبر على التوالي.
النسبة المئوية لإصابة بذور الفول المصري في تركيز 2,5 % لمسحوق أوراق الكافور كانت 2,8 % و 48,1 % في شهري سبتمبر و ديسمبر على التوالي.
و تركيز 2,5 % لمسحوق الأجزاء الهوائية للحزا فإنها 3,3 % و 69,9 % شهري سبتمبر و ديسمبر على التوالي.
Abstract EN
Camphor leaves powder, neem seed kernels powder (NSKP) and El-haza aerial parts powder were used in concentrations of 2.5%, 5% and 10% to test the protection of faba beans from Bruchidius incarnates in a traditional store.
An artificial infestation by releasing 300 insects in the centre of a traditional store was done every week for a month.
The average number by releasing eggs laid, adults emerged and infestation percentage of faba beans grains decreased with increasing concentrations of all plant products used and increased with time.
At 2.5% concentration (w / w) in camphor leaves powder the average number of eggs laid was 53 and 615.7 in September and December respectively.
In El-haza aerial parts powder at 2.5% concentration the average number of eggs laid was 70.3 and 817.3 in September and December respectively.
At 2.5% concentration in NSKP the average number of eggs was 0.0 and 36.7 in September and December respectively.
The same trend occurred at 5% and 10% concentrations from September to December.
The average number of adults emerged at 2.5% concentration in camphor leaves powder was 8.7 and 207 in September and December respectively.
At 2.5% concentration El-haza aerial parts powder was 11.7 and 343 in September and December respectively.
The same trend occurred at 5% and 10% concentrations from September to December.
Infestation percentage of faba bean grains at 2.5% concentration in camphor leaves powder was 2.8% and 48.1% in September and December respectively.
At 2.5% concentration in El-haza aerial parts powder was 3.3% and 69.9% in September and December respectively.
At 2.5% concentration in NSKP the infestation percentage was 0.7% and 9.1% in September and December respectively.
The same trend occurred at 5% and 10% concentrations from September to December.
