Abstract EN

The purpose of the current study was determine the level and quality pressures faced by social workers in the directorates of social affairs in the Gaza Strip, and determine of the more pressures that faced them, this study is considered of descriptive analytical studies, The researcher used the social survey method a manner Comprehensive limited to All social workers, Workers in the directorates of social affairs in the Gaza Strip, Totaling (135) Single, the researcher use pressure gauge to detect the results of the study, Results of the study revealed that more pressure on social workers in the directorates of Social Affairs that leading to a vocational fatigue case is: Pressure due the motivational factors by 70.9%, Followed by the pressures due to organizational factors and administrative by 68.7%, Followed by the pressures due to the institution he works the social worker by 66.7%, Followed by the pressures due to the quality of clients and Their conditions by 59.7%, Followed by the pressures due to the profession within the community by 54.9%, Followed by the pressures due to the character of the social worker himself by 53%, Followed by the pressures due to relations within the institution by 51.2%, Finally pressures due to the family and parents by 47.1%, It also resulted in the results of the study That there are no significant statistical differences between the pressures faced by social workers due to the variable gender and experience variable and variable workplace.
