Research problem is crystallized in investing the number of educational modules allocated to the activity of the long jump in raising the amount of applied and cognitive learning and using the program (Hypermedia).

The objectives of the research are: 1.

Prepare an educational program using ultra-media overlap of the activity of the long jump.

2.

Identify the effect of the proposed tutorial using ultra-interference in the media to learn and retain the activity of the long jump (Technical performance and achievement) of the students of the Faculty of Physical Education.

As for research procedures where the research sample of the first stage students of the Faculty of Physical Education / University of Maysan and the steps for setting up super overlap modes as well as e technical performance and achievement tests.

Thus, the researcher used the experimental method design (equal groups) as well as the use of statistical methods, and the most important test was Levin Test (t) of the samples associated with Test (t) for independent samples.

Finally researcher reached several conclusions such as : 1.

The prepared program achieved (high overlap modes) moral improvement in the level of technical performance and achievement in the long jump in the activity of the experimental group.

2.

The prepared program achieved (high overlap modes) are well-preserved among the experimental group.
