This study aimed to evaluate math textbook for intermediate 1st grade in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from the viewpoint of male and female teachers at the Governorate of Hafr Al Batin, by using a questionnaire after verifying its veracity and sureness.

As this questionnaire contained personal data, such as type, gender, experience and in addition to (61) parts distributed on four areas: content which had (16) parts, educational activities had (12) parts, then evaluation methods had (13) parts, and finally the book's production and general design had (20) parts.

This tool was applied on a sample consisted of (51) male and female teachers who were chosen randomly. The study used descriptive method because it appropriates the nature of the study and its objectives.

To answer the first question, frequencies, percentages, arithmetic means, standard diversions, and ranks for the response of the sample on each of the four study areas (content, educational activities, methods of evaluation, the book's production and general design) were completely counted.

And to answer the second question, mono-variation analysis (one way ANOVA) was used.

Then to answer the third question, T-test (independent sample T-test) was used. The results of the study showed largely approval of the sample's individuals for evaluating the whole four study areas.

The results also showed that non-existence of indicative statistical differences at the level of indication ( = 0.05) at the sample's individuals approaches according to the study areas is referred to gender and experience variables. The study came to a set of recommendations, notably: allocating enough space for students' answers in the textbook.

Doing more evaluation studies including math textbooks for other grades.
