Abstract EN
The study aimed at recognising the reality of teaching performance of faculty members at colleges of education from the perspective of students at Gaza universities, the study used a descriptive approach, the study sample consisted of (813) students, a questionnaire consisting of (34) items, was applied on them and spread over four areas, namely: the field of preparation and planning for teaching, scientific research, measurement and evaluation, and dialogue and discussion with students.
The results revealed that the arithmetic average of the reality of teaching performance of faculty members at colleges of education of Gaza universities as a whole amounted to (3.58), and the preparation and planning area for teaching took average (3.77), the field discussion with students with a mean dialogue was (3.62), the field of measurement and evaluation average My account was (3.56), and the field of scientific research reached a mean (3.38).
The findings revealed that there were no statistically significant differences from the perspective of students at universities Strip due to the variable type, and university, and there were no a statistically significant differences due to the variable academic level in the areas: preparation and planning to teach, and measurement and evaluation differences , while there were statistically significant differences in areas: scientific research differences, dialogue and discussion with the students.
