Abstract EN

The current study aimed to identify the role of school in promoting good citizenship for students in the light of Arab spring .

The researcher has developed a questionnaire.

It applied on the study sample in which were chosen through simple random sampling .

The results revealed that school has a role in promoting good citizenship for students in which the degree was at moderate level, with overall mean reached (2.14).

Hence, the role of teacher came first, there were no statistically significant impact for the gender on the other hand, there are statistically significant differences for the variable of Educational stage in favor of secondary stage.

Nevertheless, there are statistically significant impact of years of experience in favor of those who have 10 years of experience.

The researcher has revealed a conclusion of the importance of conducting intensive qualitative and quantitative studies concerning the Arab Spring .
