This study seeks to develop and propose a model by which the knowledge activities in higher education institutions are identified and evaluated.

This process instead looks at illustrating the importance of using the techniques of the knowledge management in higher education which is considered a vital issue as it is in the corporate sector.

The effective application of the knowledge activities leads to improve and maintain the decision making process, develop the academic and administrative services and reduce costs.
