Occupies small projects of extreme importance in the economies of developing and developed countries alike, regardless of the degree of development and different economic systems, because of their key role in increasing the national income and employment and reduce the level of unemployment and poverty on the one hand, and feed the large enterprise needs on the other hand, it which is reflected turn on the per capita income level, has been the target of the search stand up to the reality of small projects in Iraq after 2003 and know their role in the labor contributed by the size, As the number of small enterprises in 2003 (17929) , a project of the total project as a whole, which is estimated at (18459) project , and then took a number of small enterprise to decline after 2003 , The reasons for this to the security situation experienced by Iraq, which has affected negatively on the Iraqi economy, but the number of such projects is on the rise after 2009 for up to (43669) in 2012 and the project is due to the relative improvement in the security and economic situation of Iraq, it has been estimated the search form using method (OLS) to get to the best athlete a form consistent with the side theoretical research, and estimate it turns out that the most appropriate version of the model is the function of logarithmic dual (double-Log function), and indicate the search results that increase the value of small projects production (1 %) will lead to an increase GDP by (6.6 %), and that the value of the coefficient of determination equal to (0.720) which shows that the independent variable (the value of small businesses produce) explains a rate (72 %) of the variation in the dependent variable (gross domestic product) and the ratio of the remaining (28%) due to other variables not included in the model, and thus a strong relationship between the moral and the independent variable and variable.
