This study aimed to find out students’ professional identity level at Hebron University.

To achieve the goal of the study, a questionnaire consists of 40 items has been designed and modified.

The questionnaire has the same grading as Likert scale, and it includes five areas: teaching and learning, student growth, school development, relationships and professional services, and growth and personal development.

A random stratified sample was chosen, and it consists of 258 fourthyear students, including 44 males and 214 females.

To achieve the purpose of the study; the descriptive approach was used.

Results indicated the presence of a high level of professional identity of Hebron University students with a mean reached (3.90) .

The results also showed that there are no statistically significant differences in the professional identity level due to the gender, but there are significant differences in the professional identity level between Faculty of education students and Faculty of Arts and Sciences students for the benefit of Faculty of Education students.

According to these results, many recommendations were presented , such as developing Educational programs for students in the Faculties of Arts and Sciences contributes to increase the level of professional identity awareness.

This research also recommended to conduct other researches in the field of developing the professional identity among university students and measure the professional level of identity among students in other disciplines such as, law, counseling and nursing.
