English Abstract
We have investigated equations of motion for systems that possesses the structure of holonomic and nonholonomic constraints.
The dynamical equations of motion are derived from Hamilton's principle for systems which are subject to general holonomic and non-holonomic constraints.
We have used the Hamilton-Jacobi method and the method of canonical transformations; to construct these equations which are integrable.
Inaddition we saw that the equations of motion that obtained by the Hamilton-Jacobi methods are equivalent to those which obtained by the Lagrange-d’Alembert principle.
We apply the method of separation of variables to obtain the Hamilton–Jacobi function; this method facilitates the integration of the Hamilton-Jacobi equation.
As special cases to which the Hamiltonian will be time-dependent; we saw it is possible to separate the variables in the Hamilton-Jacobi technique which becomes a useful computational tool when such a separation can be effected.
