Abstract EN

The study aimed at identifying the degree of practicing of secondary school principals in Khan Younis for exceptional management and the availability of the requirements of building prominent leaders from their teachers' perspectives, and to reveal the extent of differences between the averages of teachers' assessments of the degree of their head teachers' use for exceptional management and the availability of leadership requirements vary by each variable.

For the principals, the scientific qualification of the head teacher, the years of service of the head teacher as the manager, the educational district), and verify the correlation between the averages of these teachers 'estimates of the degree of their head teachers use of exceptional management .

The researcher used the analytical descriptive method, using two measures according to (245) teachers, chosen at random.

The study resulted in many findings, the most important of which are that each of the estimates of the sample to the extent of practicing the method were minor.

The study confirmed that there was a strong relationship (98%) between the average estimates of the sample for both the degree of exceptional management practice and the degree of availability of leadership requirements.
