This study aims at identifying the digital citizenship values included in the Educational Technologies curriculum from the point of view of faculty members in Princess Nora University and King Khalid University.

uncover whether there were differences between the digital citizenship involved in education techniques rapporteur Princess Noura University, and King Khalid University, uncover values the impact of some demographic variables (gender, years of experience, and the university), was used descriptive and analytical approach, and are designed researcher questionnaire consists of (53) items distributed to nine axes of the values of digital citizenship, and was selected a random sample consisting of 23 faculty members technologies Department Education at the Universities of Princess Nora, and King Khalid.

The study found that digital fitness digital access and digital communication and the axis of the digital health literacy and digital safety and digital security contained in the decision of learning technologies in the Princess University big Nora values, while the digital laws and Digital Rights and Responsibilities medium, and the digital trade values are weak.

While digital communications values came in a decision scheduled learning techniques in large King Khalid University, and the digital fitness digital access and Digital Rights and responsibilities, health and digital safety and digital security mean values, and the digital laws, values are weak,while came digital commerce values non-existent.

And the stdy results showed that the existence of differences in the respondents 'responses in the axes (digital fitness, digital access, digital and laws, and digital literacy, digital commerce) are attributed to the university in favor of Princess University Nora, while the differences did not appear in the respondents' responses (Axis Digital Communications, and Digital Rights and Responsibilities, and prayer and digital safety, security and digital).

As it turns out, and there are differences in favor of females in Alambhthwain responses about (the axis digital literacy, digital commerce), and did not show differences in the rest of the axes, and differences due to the variable years of experience, but on the axis of literacy show In light of these results the study recommended the importance of spreading the culture of the proper use of technology in society, and urged the students to share knowledge with the community, and the definition of the students steps and procedures for reporting any illegal action in the Digital Communities.
