Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify to which the creative characteristics of the educational leaders in the directorates of education in Jordan contributes to the administrative creativity, through measuring the characteristics of responsibility, cooperation, and communication with others.

The sample of the study consisted of (150) educational leaders in the first Directorate of Education of Irbid, and the Directorate of Education of Al Ramtha.

A questionnaire of three dimensions was used, in addition to the analytical descriptive method to interpret the results.

The mean of responses of educational leaders regarding the dimension of responsibility was medium (3.16), and within the percentage of (52% -68 %), according to the study criteria.

-2The means of responses of educational leaders regarding the dimensions of ooperation, and communication were high (3.50) and (3.48) respectively, and within the percentage of (68% -84%), according to the study criteria.

-3NoThere are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05 ≥α ) among the sample responses, in relation to contribution of the creative characteristics of the educational leaders to the administrative creativity due to the variables of (sex, academic qualification, job title, years of experience.
