This paper hypothesizes that Shaw predicted and exposed Quality Insurance in his plays before it has formally appeared.

Thus , the paper aims at shedding light on the theme of quality insurance as has been tackled by Shaw.

The paper is limited to Shaw's play, The Doctor's Dilemma.
