The Islamic bases for public administrative reform (PAR)‎

Abstract EN

This study analyses the concept of Public administrative reform from an Islamic perspective.

In addition, it provides an Islamic foundation to the topic though analyzing the objectives of Islamic Law in order to establish a theoretical understanding for public administrative reform.

The study has come to the conclusion that the public administrative reform in Islam is a gradual positive change in laws and regulations stemmed from stable code of ethics rooted in the Islamic creed
