Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the intellectual capital and its role in the persistence and value creation within the Algerian institution where we have adopted in this research on descriptive and analytical approach in the presentation of concepts.

Four public and private institutions have been selected, ENIE, CMA SAMPO, Azzouz company and complex Hasnaoui society for research, trying to show and analyze the current situation of intellectual assets that represent the invisible force that will ensure the survival and persistence of the institution as it is one of the most important determinants of competitiveness of the enterprise.
