The intention behind this is to achieve the organizational objectives.

In this context the training as it plays an eminent role in relaying the different aspiration of the organization; it occupies a prominent position within it.

In addition to this consideration, the training becomes an unbeatable human resource and a concrete wealth to achieve the assigned strategies.

This standpoint leads to argue that the human resource cannot be substituted by technology as the productivity and the real development depend primarily on the outcomes of the human brains.

This fact conducts the thinking in human investment within organization to be more than a necessity.
