Vinca alkaloids (Vincristinc and Vinblastinc) arc microtubular toxins of chemically similar nature that disrupt microtubulc function by binding to a site on f^-tubulin and suppressing microtubulc dynamics.

The study aims to evaluate biological activity of Vincristinc and Vinblastinc on microtubulc H22 cell line using GF tubulin.

Stable tumor cell line of H>2 ccll was used to investigatc the action of vincristine and vinblastinc on the microtubulc network.

An expérimental work was conductcd to détermine the biological activity of vincristinc and vinblastinc on microtubulc H22 ccll line by used CïF tubulin.

Cells were treatcd with Vincristine and Vinblastinc at various concentrations from 20 pg ml to 400 jig/ml for 60 min..

Microtubulcs were detected by mcans of indirect immunofluorescence.

No différences were found between the two cytostatics.

As a conclusion, the cells showed changes in the arrangement of microtubulcs even at the 80 pg/ml concentration of cytostatics after 60-min exposition.

Its damage increased with increasing concentration of cytostatics.
