Abstract EN

This study examined the material and moral incentives and their relationship to job performance at the public high school teachers, Al-Kharj.

The researcher used a descriptive method and applied to the study population of about 850 teacher in secondary schools.

And the questionnaire was based on three main themes: the types of material incentives and moral incentives, and the relationship between job performance incentives.

The study concluded that the relationship between the dimensions of the independent variable (material and moral incentives) and job performance has been weak in its entirety.

The study also recommended some recommendations like the need to adhere to a scientific and objective system in the process of using the stimulus due to the large impact on job performance improvement
