Abstract EN

This study aims to explore teachers’ views-in government schools in the state of Kuwait-about the extent to which the relationship between the educational goals and the school environment, the teacher, the learner, and the curriculum, and school buildings is consistent.

The study also aims to explore the statistical differences between the sample responses and their relation to demographic variables of sex, nationality, educational stage.

The study tool consists of five scales in addition to the section on the demographic information of 332 participants.

The study results have shown that the school environment, the teacher, the learner, the curriculum, and school buildings are consistent with the educational goals moderately.

As well as the study shows statistical differences between in different scales due to the variables of sex, nationality and educational stage.

The study recommends a need to reconsider the educational philosophy, reveals the importance of periodic review of educational objectives and their suitability to schooling reality, and the need for a micro Unlevel understanding of schooling interactive environment because of its distinctive nature that requires discourse and aims consistent with it.
