Abstract EN

Knowledge is an important factor of production that companies must manage in order to develop creativity and innovation, and this can be achieved by taking care of human resources.

Therefore, company’s management must direct most of their resources to investment in human capital, through setting an accurate management system that insure the accurate selection, learning, training and motivation which leads to innovation and creation of commitment and desire to work.

This research paper aims to show the role of knowledge management in improving the human resources in companies, and we chose Algérie Télécome Company – Tebessa agency- as a model of knowledge management and its role in improving work productivity.
