Abstract EN

This study aimed to measure the effectiveness range of educational application carried on smart devices for developing the linguistic skills of the ا those with intellectual disability.

To fulfill the objectives of the study researcher has used the semi-experimental curriculum by a method of pre and post measurement for the sample in a way that is suitable to the nature of the study.

The study tool was linguistic skills measurement (prepared by the researcher) which consists of six items (identifying letters and reading identifying the letter ا identifying the missing letter in the picture word ا it shape according to its place in the word, reading picture words, reading abstract words).

The validity and reliability coefficients verified through a pilot sample of twenty teachers of intellectually disabled students.

As the measurement applied to four of the intellectually disabled اا well students in the school first term in 1437/1438 Hijri.

The studies indicated that the development of linguistic skills of the and ا Intellectually disabled students; after employing the application the skills of all the sample individuals were improved through nine behavioral objectives
