Abstract EN

The aim of this study was to define and test the compatibility level of mathematics tests given to the pupils of class four in the basic education level against the scientific standards of the good test with emphasis on comprehensiveness, consistency and objectives of the syllabus as well as the suitability of the test contents to the pupils.

The research used the analytical descriptive research methodologythe research community consisted of mathematics school teachers for class four within the period of five years from 2010 to 2013 in Karari district in Khartoum Statea questionnaire of 31 questions was designed for data collectionand the research community consisted of 44 school teacher.

After Obtaining the required data have been analyzed by Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS).

Maine findings of the research are; High level compatibility of the mathematic tests given to the forth class pupils and the syllabus objectivescompatibility & consistency standard.

Suitability of the tests contents to the pupil’s mental abilities.

Medium level of comprehensiveness of the mathematic tests given to the forth class pupils.
