The study compares both IbnAshour and bloom in their approach of classifying levels of thinking by answering the following questions  What is Ibn ' Ashour's classification of the levels of thinking  What classification is followed by bloom and his friends to the levels of thinking  What is the difference between Ibn Ashour and bloom and his friends to the levels of thinking The researcher used comparative method study and came up with the following results IbnAshour has preceded bloom and his friends in classifying levels of thinking –ideas levels – at least 53 years.

Bloom classified levels into low and high, while Ibn Ashour classified them according to teaching stages into primary, middle and high, Also, Ibn Ashour gave application the priority over understanding, and collection over analysis, meanwhile, Bloom did the opposite.

In addition, IbnAshour had finished levels of thinking by innovation while bloom finished them by corrections; we find that IbnAshoursurpassed bloom in this stage Recommendations  Giving Muslim scholars including Ibn Ashourthe right of fame in research and even that IbnAshour is well known as scholar of interpretation, but he was not known aseducation scientist  Study other aspects of the book of Ibn ' Ashoor (Alice Al SobohBeqareeb) in education and criticize the book and learn the benefit in the present  Insert the IbnAshour alongside other scientists from educationalists such as; Ibn Sahnoun,Alkabsi and Ibn Khaldoun, and othersas educationalists
