Abstract EN

The study aimed to reveal the degree of the practice of nursery management in the Jerusalem area from the point of view of incubators.

The study sample consisted of (162) incubators randomly selected from the study population of (660) incubators.

The researcher developed the study tool (questionnaire) Paragraph, divided into five areas, and was verified the validity and stability.

The results of the study showed that: The degree of the practice of incubator management from the point of view of incubators has reached a low level and for all areas except the field of faith in the objectives of the Ministry of Education was average There were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) in the practice of nursery management due to the variable of experience, in favor of incubators with experience (more than 10 years) There were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) in the practice of nursery management due to the variable of scientific qualification, in favor of incubators with a bachelor's degree.

The study recommended more attention to incubators in the Jerusalem area, and encourage teachers to obtain higher academic qualifications.
